A new outlet for West Virginia artists to sell their products is available in Huntington.
MiAppa, which stands for Made In Appalachia, hosted a grand opening for its newest location on Wednesday. The nonprofit organization sells various products that are made by local artisans.
The store wanted to promote area artists and give them a way to support their craft.
"A lot of people can't get a job, but this helps them tap into something they love to do. This helps them in their business," said Beth Darlas, who is a supervisor with MiAppa.
The newest location is in the Frederick Building in Huntington.
