All state offices will be open and fully operational Wednesday.
State employees are to report to work at their normal business hours unless otherwise notified by their supervisor, Governor Earl Ray Tomblin said.
Only essential state employees were required to report to work on Tuesday due to severe weather that rolled through the mountain state.
