A man facing jail time on robbery charges will be sentenced next month.
Dylan Lowe pleaded guilty Monday morning in front of Kanawha County Circuit Judge James Stucky.
Prosecutors have said that Lowe pretended to be a victim when a man with a gun robbed two people at their Charleston home. Lowe was actually texting information to the gunman and getaway car driver, however, during the April robbery.
Prosecutors said that since he cooperated in the case, they will recommend he be sentenced as a youthful offender rather than face up to five years in prison.
In addition to Lowe's plea, another defendant also has pleaded guilty, but the gunman remains on the run.
