MALICIOUS WOUNDING PLEA Man Pleads Guilty To Malicious Wounding In Charleston Stabbing

A man pleaded guilty in Kanawha Circuit Court on Monday to malicious wounding.
Tony Holcomb, 51, is accused in a stabbing that occurred April 1 at the Westmoreland Apartments on Bigley Avenue. The victim, Gary Kirk, sustained wounds to his throat. Holcomb had lived previously in Ravenswood.
Holcomb faces two to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Dec. 7. He appeared before Circuit Judge James Stucky and entered his plea.
