A Charleston man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old boy who was living with him.
63-year-old Albert Lacey is charged with three counts of first degree sexual assault.
According to police, the victim said he and his aunt were living with Lacey in his Kent Street home at the time of the alleged assaults. He told police Lacey would come into his room while he was sleeping and force him to have sex with him.
Lacey is currently in the South Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
