Charleston police arrested a third person in an East End home invasion.
Stephanie Randolph is now charged with first-degree robbery. Police said she, along with her boyfriend, Jesse Burgess, and his brother, David, are connected to a home invasion on Lewis Street in September. Eyewitness News was told that drugs and money were the motive.
The brothers also are in trouble for alleged credit card fraud.
