Students and faculty at South Charleston High School are mourning the loss of one of their vice principals.
Trecia Peterson had worked at the school for about six years. She was a longtime educator and died Wednesday evening after a long battle with cancer. There will be a candlelight vigil held in her memory on the field behind South Charleston High School at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
