Kentucky State Troopers say the remains found earlier this week are that of a missing 21-year-old Nathan Barker.
The Olive Hill man has been missing since his Cadillac was found smashed into a guard rail near Grayson Lake on July 12, 2011.
Troopers say they found Barker's body, and his wallet, in a secluded area near Clifty Creek.
