One person died and another was injured Wednesday as the result of a crash in Boone County.
Danny Hatfield, 53, of Man died after the accident that occurred about 10 a.m. between the Low Gap and Big Ugly exits of U.S. 119 south in Boone County, Sheriff Rodney Miller said.
The driver of the 2007 Ford Ranger, Andrew Hale, 20, fell asleep and crossed the center line. The Ranger flipped several times, and both men were thrown from the vehicle. Hale was flown to the hospital.
