Consumers should have a little more change in their pockets. Gasoline prices have fallen nearly 3 cents per gallon on average in West Virginia over the past week.
AAA East Central said the price for a gallon of regular, unleaded gas in the state is $3.87. That's 44 cents higher than a year ago and a dime higher than the current average price nationally.
Prices range from $3.80 in Weirton to $3.96 in Martinsburg.
