Reginald Marbury accepted a plea that reduced an attempted murder charge to malicious wounding, the Cabell County Prosecutor's Office said. Marbury was one of three men found with gunshot wounds during a shooting at Club Babylon in 2009. Investigators said Marbury shot Sontezz Lomax with a pistol. Marbury was sentenced to two to 10 years in prison.
