Outstanding law enforcement and victim assistance work were scheduled to be honored Monday.
Sixty individuals were expected to be recognized during the 2012 U.S. Attorney's Law Enforcement and Victim Assistance awards ceremony.
The annual event honors exemplary service of federal, state and local law enforcement officers and leaders who have made significant contributions to the criminal justice system.
The ceremony was planned at the Marshall University Foundation Hall in the Erickson Alumni Center at noon.
