Two Michigan men were arrested after Charleston detectives discovered heroin, cash and lots of lottery tickets inside a capital city home.
Rodney Caver, 27, and Jason Brown, 31, both of Detroit, were arrested at a home in the 3200 block of Moles Drive in Charleston late Wednesday evening by detectives with the Metro Drug Unit.
Along with the drugs and money, stacks of lottery tickets also were found, detectives said. Lottery tickets are used to attempt to disguise chunks of heroin for sale, detectives said.
