Kanwaha County sheriff's deputies arrest a woman featured on our Fugitive Files last night.
Jessica Burgess was wanted for transferring and receiving stolen property. Police say she is involved in a massive pawn shop theft ring at Keller's Pawn Shop in Charleston.
She has allegedly racked up thousands of dollars in stolen items from stores at Southridge Centre and pawned them at the store. Burgess faces felony charges of receiving or transferring stolen goods and fraudulent schemes.
