Two Communications Workers of American union locals have ratified separate contracts that represent 142 Frontier Communications employees, the company said.
Local 2276 represents Frontier employees in the Bluefield, Princeton and Welch areas. Local 2001 represents employees in the Bruceton Mills, Clay, Grantsville, Parsons, New Haven, Rupert, Wayne and Worthington areas, according to a news release from the company.
“We appreciate our employees’ ratification of these two contracts, and we look forward to everyone working together to provide our customers great service,” said Dana Waldo, senior vice president and general manager for Frontier in West Virginia.
Communications Workers of America International Representative Elaine Harris said the union is happy to have reached a conclusion to both of the contracts. “We look forward to continuing to provide the very best service possible for all of our customers,” Harris said.
