A Clay County man is accused of downloading child porn at a public library.
John Rider, 31, of Lizemores is charged with five counts of possession of child porn.
State Police said they received a tip that Rider was downloading the images on a computer at the Clay County Public Library.
According to the criminal complaint, he told troopers he was "just curious" and wanted to see how easy it was to see child porn.
Troopers say in the last two weeks they've made similar arrests of people downloading child porn at libraries in Webster, Randolph and Mason Counties.
The Office of Information Secuity and Controls monitors the libary's web activity and reported it to state police.
Cameras in the libary were able to help troopers identify Rider, according to investigators.
Rider is being held on a $125,000 bond at the Central Regional Jail.
