A Florida doctor will face federal charges in Kentucky later this week.
Dr. Clara S. Rodriguez-Iznaga's and two men are charged with illegally distributing prescription narcotics and money laundering in northeastern Kentucky.
Rodriguez-Iznaga is linked to the Ohio Pain Relief Center in Portsmouth, Ohio which was the target of a federal pill mill investigation.
The two other men have been arraigned and have entered not-guilty pleas.
