Westbound traffic was flowing again on Interstate 64 near the Oakwood exit.
The two-vehicle accident injured two people and occurred about 4:10 p.m., a Metro 911 dispatcher said.
Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 64 westbound near the Oakwood Road exit in Charleston, a dispatcher said.
The accident happened about 4:10 p.m., and the fast and middle lanes of the westbound interstate were shut down while crews cleared the area, the dispatcher said.
The Charleston Police Department responded. The two injured people were transported to the hospital.
