A man with a history of preying on the elderly will go on trial in Kanawha Circuit Court on multiple charges in December.
Gary Mullins was in Kanawha Circuit Court Monday. He is accused of breaking into homes in the Woodbridge Subdivision and also faces burglary and drug charges from Charleston’s West Side.
Mullins’ lawyer said there are still unresolved issues from a kidnapping conviction pending before another judge. Mullins abducted an 84-year-old man who later died.
