One of three men accused of murdering a Mason County man pleaded guilty Monday in Mason County Circuit Court.
Matthew Woods, Chad McCallister and Steven Adkins are accused in the July 2011 murder of Rene Gonzalez.
Woods pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree murder.
Police said Woods and McCallister were with Adkins when he allegedly shot Gonzalez in the head in his Gallipolis Ferry mobile home.
Since Woods pleaded guilty, a conspiracy charge will be dropped.
