A teenager died in an accident in Pike County, Kentucky late last week.
Kaitlyn Kiser, 17, died on Friday when the vehicle she was driving went off of the road and wrecked in the Robinson Creek area, according to Pike County Coroner Russell Roberts. A passenger in the vehicle was not injured.
Shelby Valley High School, where Kiser was a junior, has decided to postpone the homecoming dance as a result.
