Traffic Resumes After Train Blocks Roadway

Traffic in the Buffalo Creek community near Route 75 in Wayne County has resumed after a train blocked the roadway.
The train had been blocking the road since Sunday morning and started moving at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
911 dispatchers said it partially came off the tracks. Norfolk Southern worked to get the train moving again.
