A man accused of going on a robbery spree throughout our area is headed to prison.
Kanawha County Circuit Judge Charles King sentenced Desean Saunders to a 25-year sentence on Monday.
This past summer, Saunders was indicted for first-degree robbery after an alleged attempted robbery of a delivery driver in Putnam County.
A man accused of several robberies was expected to be sentenced Monday.
Desean Saunders was indicted in July for first-degree robbery after allegedly trying to rob a pizza delivery driver in Teays Valley.
He is also facing similar charges in Kanawha County.
