Police are investigating a Wheeling Jesuit student's report that she was sexually assaulted by five male students in an on-campus dormitory.
Wheeling Deputy Police Chief Martin Kimball tells media outlets that the 20-year-old woman told investigators that the alleged assault occurred Saturday night in a room at Thomas More Hall.
The woman said she had consensual sex with two students. Kimball says at some point three other students entered the room and the woman was no longer consenting.
Kimball says the Ohio County Prosecutor's Office will decide whether charges will be filed.
Wheeling Jesuit President Richard Beyer said the university had received a student complaint, but he did not provide details.
