A former jail director is in trouble with the law again.
John King was arrested Tuesday night in South Charleston.
King is facing numerous charges, including DUI.
Police said King was swerving his vehicle on MacCorkle Avenue and did not have the headlights on. Officers pulled him over, and police said they could smell alcohol on his breath. They also said they discovered he was driving on a revoked license.
King also was arrested on a DUI charge back in April.
