A fourth suspect was arrested in connection with a robbery and stabbing of an elderly woman, according to Athens County Sheriff Patrick Kelly.
Detectives arrested Christopher Fleming, 20, Brandon Baker, 19, both of Belpre, and Colin Stout, 20, of Coolville on Tuesday, Athens County Sheriff Patrick Kelly said. A fourth suspect, Cody Stout, 23, of Coolville, was arrested on Wednesday. Cody and Colin are brothers.
The alleged attack took place in January earlier this year. Police said attackers broke in to an 82 year-old woman's house on Brandeberry Road in Coolville. The woman was beaten and stabbed and spent months rehabilitating, police said.
Christopher Fleming and Cody Stout is charged with complicity to aggravated burglary and felonious assault. Brandon Baker and Colin Stout are charged with aggravated burglary and felonious assault. Additional charges could be pending.
