A memorial to honor the memory of four teenagers murdered in Huntington more than seven years ago was held Monday evening.
The gathering was held in conjunction with the National Day of Remembrance for murder victims.
Donte Ward, 19, Eddrick Clark, 18, Michael Dillon, 17, and Megan Poston, 16, were all gunned down about 4:30 a.m. May 22, 2005 at a home in the 1400 block of Charleston Avenue. That home is now referred to as the Hope House.
The Neighboring Initiative Board of Huntington and the All Saints Anglican Church of Huntington sponsored the event for the teens’ family and friends, and others who have lost loved ones to violence.
