Huntington utility crews and West Virginia American Water worked Monday afternoon to repair a fire service line to the Frederick Building that ruptured.
The water line is for the fire department to use in the event of a fire.
The roadway between Third and Fourth avenues on 10th Street remained closed while crews repair the line.
A representative with West Virginia American Water said the repair should be complete by Monday.
