A Lincoln County man was sentenced Monday to eight years and one day in prison for pulling a gun on an FBI agent.
James Matheny, 62, threatened to kill the agent and a state worker when they tried to ask him about election fraud allegations in February. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston in Charleston federal court.
