Five people have been indicted by a Greenbrier County grand jury for their alleged role in fires that damaged the West Virginia State Police detachment in Rainelle and destroyed several vehicles.
Multi-count indictments were returned Thursday against Ray L. Goff, 29, of Meadow Bridge, David Clayton White, 48, of Meadow Bridge, Nicholas Michael White, 23, of Danese, Joshua Emmanuel Redden, 26, of Meadow Bridge and Jennifer Lynn White, 32, of Meadow Bridge, according to a news release from Greenbrier County Prosecutor Patrick Via.
The charges include multiple counts of arson, conspiracy to commit arson and conspiracy to commit intimidation of and retaliation against public officers and employees.
The fires occurred at the Rainelle detachment in December 2011.
