SEXUAL ABUSE PLEA Man Pleads Guilty To Sexually Abusing 15-Year-Old

A man charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse pleaded guilty Thursday in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Joseph Coen Jr. is accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old female teenage relative. Court documents said the sexual abuse involved inappropriate touching. Coen had worked for Metro 91 and the city of Charleston for about 30 years.
Coen appeared in court before Circuit Judge James Stucky. He will be sentenced Nov. 1.
