KENTUCKY DRUG ARRESTS Extensive Investigation Into Drug Trafficking Leads To Four Arrests

Four Carter County, Ky., residents have been arrested on drug charges in Grayson after an extensive investigation into drug trafficking, State Police said.
Ruth B. Lockklear, 49, Jose L. Hernandez, 38, Luis Perez-Diaz, 39, and Fransciso Camacho Jr., 20, were arrested by the Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations East Branch Wednesday and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, according to a news release from State Police.
State Police said search warrants were served at two residences on Fourth Street and Sunflower Drive. A large quantity of cash, cocaine and a vehicle were seized during the search.
The suspects are lodged in the Carter County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation.
