Parkersburg High School on Tuesday honored Mary Lou Hague, a 1992 graduate who died in the terror attack on the World Trade Center.
Hague, a research analyst, worked on the 89th floor of Tower Two.
Cindy Bullock, Hague’s sister, spoke at the ceremony. She urged random acts of kindness on a day marked by incredible cruelty, bravery and the deaths of nearly 3,000 people 11 years ago. Bullock also asked students to volunteer in the community.
Hague’s parents attended the memorial at Ground Zero on Tuesday in New York.
