A husband and wife from Webster County are facing dozens of charges after police say they found a meth lab in their home. Three children also were in the residence.
Okey Brooks, 38, and his wife, Alicia, 46, are each facing 24 counts of conspiracy and one count each of felony child neglect. Okey Brooks also is facing 24 counts of operating a meth lab.
State Police say they received a tip and went to the couple’s home on Hoover Hill Road in Cowen and found a meth lab and remnants of several other labs.
