Deputies say a two-vehicle crash in the Hometown area injured an expectant mother and a Nitro man.
Nicole Stinson, 25, of Poca was being treated in the intensive care unit of Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital, the hospital reported. A hospital spokesman said she is in critical condition. Ryan Hilty, 20, of Nitro was in stable condition at CAMC General, the hospital said.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department said the accident occurred Saturday evening on Route 62 in the Hometown area when Hilty’s vehicle crossed the center line and struck Stinson’s vehicle head-on.
Two people were hospitalized after a car crash in Putnam County.
