Signup dates for four counties – Roane, Clay, Kanawha and Putnam – have been announced for The Salvation Army’s annual Angel Tree Program.
Applicants for the program will need to bring a personal photo identification, the birth dates of all family members (birth certificate and medical card), proof of all dependents, proof of income and expenses or current letter for food stamps, according to a news release from The Salvation Army. They also should bring three toy choices for each child. There is a $25 limit each (up to and including age 12).
The schedule for signups in the counties follows:
Roane County, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sept. 25‐26 at the Salvation Army Thrift Store, 218
Market St. Spencer.
Clay County, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 27‐28 at the Capital Resource Office, 119 Main
Ave., Clay.
Kanawha County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 1‐5 at The Salvation Army, 301 Tennessee Ave.,
Charleston.
Putnam County, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 15‐19 at the Teays Valley Church of the Nazarene,
