Following the funeral service for Trooper Eric Workman, a sea of people lined the streets paying tribute from Charleston, all the way to the town of Ivydale in Clay County where workman was laid to rest.
More than 500 police cars followed the hearse carrying Trooper Workman's casket.
The procession took a little more than an hour to wind from Charleston to Clay County, once there, Workman's family held a private grave side service in a family cemetery to say their final goodbyes.
