Charleston police are seeking information from the public after a counterfeit $20 bill was passed at the North Charleston Go-Mart.
The incident occurred Aug. 25. Police said they are looking for a “person of interest” who is described as a black male in his 20s to mid-30s. He was driving a tan or gold Audi with a moon roof.
