A man and woman are in jail after troopers say they discovered a mobile meth lab inside their van in Randolph County.
Tonya Warner and Gary Loy of Belington are both charged with child neglect causing injury, according to a news report in the Inter-Mountain in Elkins. Police said they found the two suspects near Bob’s Hot Dogs in Norton.
Troopers said a 3-year-old and a 4-year-old were inside the van while the meth was cooking.
