One man is in jail after police say he stole a car and crashed it.
Warren Willis, 26, of Dunbar allegedly took someone’s Chevy Malibu from the St. Albans area early Monday morning, police said. When police attempted to pull the suspect over, he tried to get away, backed up the vehicle and hit a power pole on A Street in Dunbar, police said.
