Wayne County deputies need your help to identify two men they say broke into a car, stole a credit card and went on a shopping spree.
The car break-in happened earlier this month in the Lavalette area. That's where deputies say the two men stole a wallet with a couple of credit cards inside, then used one of those cards to rack up charges at the Speedway on Fifth Street and the Speedway on Eighth Street and Ninth Avenue. After that, deputies say the two men used that same credit card to buy clothing and a cell phone at the Walmart on U.S. Route 60 in Huntington. Security cameras captured the suspects in action at all of those locations.
Deputies are looking for two white men who both appear to have multiple tattoos. If you can identify these individuals or have any information that could assist in the investigation, call the non-emergency Wayne County dispatch at 304-272-6333 and leave a message for Detective Maynard.
