If you're looking for a Labor Day celebration, Stonewall Resort is serving up an end of summer bash complete with live music and fireworks.
The West Virginia resort, located about 10 miles from Weston, will hold the celebration Sunday.
"This event, open to the public and resort guests, is a great opportunity to celebrate the holiday weekend with friends and family. The concert will be held at the Roanoke Activity Plaza, and we'll host a wonderful fireworks display after the performance over Stonewall Jackson Lake," said Steve Ludwig, director of sales and marketing for the Four Diamond Lewis County resort.
James Archer will perform from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., and The Rustic Highway from Morgantown will perform beginning at 7 p.m. The fireworks will start about 9 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket.
