Neighbors, businesses and other union members are rallying to support striking steel workers in jackson county.
Around 700 hundred constellium rolled products workers have been on the picket line since the beginning of the month after contract negotiations over health care broke down.
Many different unions from a variety of industries, from education to coal, showed up at the steel workers union hall in ravenswood to rally.
Organizers say they're planning another rally on September 8.
