Kentucky State Police are asking for help in finding a man wanted on first-degree charges of assault and criminal abuse of a juvenile.
Troopers are seeking Nicholas Ballou, 24, of Lawrence County, Ky. Ballou should be considered armed and dangerous. State Police say the alleged assaults involved a relative in Ballou's care.
