CHARLESTON FIRE Charleston Fire Department Responds To East End Blaze

The Charleston Fire Department responded to a blaze Monday afternoon on the East End of the city, a Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatcher said.
The fire occurred about 12:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of Washington Street East, about two blocks from Elizabeth Street. The dispatcher said about 1:15 p.m. that the fire was extinguished.
