Parents came out to voice their concerns at Thursday night's Kanawha County Board of Education meeting.
Parents with kindergartners going to Overbrook Elementary School say there are too many students and not enough teachers. One classroom has more than 30 students.
Kanawha County School Board President Pete Thaw says the board will have to assign more teachers and make other arrangements to accommodate the students.
