A Nicholas County man is killed in an accident Saturday night.
Police say 32-year-old James Lawson was driving his Jeep Wrangler on US Route 19 near Powells Mountain Overlook in Birch River, when he lost control and crashed into a guardrail.
Lawson was taken to Summersville Regional Medical Center where he later died.
