A suspect featured on the Fugitive Files on Eyewitness News was arrested by Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies after a brief foot chase.
William Postalwait was arrested about 1 a.m. Wednesday in the woods near his Kanawha County home, the sheriff’s department said. Postalwait was wanted for allegedly skipping out on probation after being arrested on a forgery charge.
