The fourth and final suspect in a robbery on the West Side was arrested over the weekend, Charleston police said. Ronald Edward Tinsley, 39, was arrested while riding a KRT bus, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department. Tinsley was charged along with three other suspects in the July 25 robbery of a man in the 400 block of Elm Street, police said. Tinsley was being held in the South Central Regional Jail. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Charleston police have now arrested three out of four suspects they say robbed a man on the West Side. Angela Dawn Young, 27, and Terrance Lowell Ramsey, 26, were taken into custody Wednesday evening, said Sgt. Eric Hodges of the Charleston Police Department. The third suspect, Bryan April Pugh, 25, was arrested Tuesday, police said. They were being held in the South Central Regional Jail. Pugh's boyfriend, Ronald Edward Tinsley, 39, is still being sought. The four are accused of being involved in the robbery of a man July 25 in the 400 block of Elm Street, police said. Tinsley also is wanted for an additional first-degree robbery in which he used a firearm to rob the individual, police said. He is a black male, 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. Bryan April Pugh, 25, was arrested about 6:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue, said Sgt. Eric Hodges of the Charleston Police Department. She is accused of being involved in the robbery of a man July 25 in the 400 block of Elm Street, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department. Police said they are still looking for three other suspects in that robbery, including Pugh’s boyfriend, Ronald Edward Tinsley, 39. He also is wanted for an additional first-degree robbery in which he used a firearm to rob the individual, police said. He is a black male, 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. The other two suspects are Angela Dawn Young, 27, and Terrance Lowell Ramsey, 26, police said. Young is described as a white female with brown hair, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds. Ramsey is a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 280 pounds. Ronald Edward Tinsley and his girlfriend, Bryan April Pugh, are accused of robbing a man July 25 in the 400 block of Elm Street, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department. Tinsley, 39, is a black male, 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. Pugh, 25, is a light-skinned female, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds. Police said Tinsley also is wanted for an additional first-degree robbery in which he used a firearm to rob the individual. The Charleston Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call (304) 348-6480.
