DRUG ARREST Man Arrested For Making Meth

One man is facing several charges after a drug bust in Cabell County.
Sheriff's deputies reportedly caught Willis Porter walking out of his condemned Culloden residence on Charley's Creek Road Sunday with a backpack.
Inside the backpack, they found "MSN" which is used for cutting meth, and also meth.
Inside the house, which had apparently been condemned for operating a meth lab, they found lantern fuel, liquid heat, clear tubing and other meth-making materials.
When deputies tried to arrest him, he ran off through a creek and the woods, several hundred yards, before being stopped. He also resisted arrest, according to the deputies.
